By accessing these services, users agree to provide accurate information for all project requirements and account setups. The company maintains full ownership of all intellectual property, including strategies, code, and creative content, until full payment is received. Once final settlement is made, the agreed-upon deliverables are transferred to the client, while the company retains the right to showcase completed work in professional portfolios unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Service engagement requires clear project scopes. Any additions or “scope creeps” outside the initial agreement may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments. While the company utilizes industry-standard SEO and marketing strategies to improve online visibility, specific ranking positions or overnight traffic increases cannot be guaranteed due to the ever-changing nature of search engine algorithms.

Payment terms generally require an initial deposit to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon milestone completion or final delivery. Delays in providing necessary feedback or assets from the client side may result in project extensions. In the event of a cancellation, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of notice.

The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services, including loss of data or business profits. All disputes are governed by the local laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
